We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on website hosting services. If you are dissatisfied with our hosting services for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies to all new hosting plans and packages.
2. Refunds for Website Creation Services
Our refund terms for website creation are as follows:
- No Work Started:
If you cancel your website creation service before we begin work, you are entitled to a full refund. - Work Less Than 50% Complete:
If you cancel after work has commenced but before 50% of the website is completed, we will issue a partial refund, retaining a reasonable amount to cover the work already done. The exact refund amount will depend on the progress made at the time of cancellation, and we will provide you with a breakdown of the work completed. - Work 50% or More Complete:
If the website is 50% or more completed at the time of cancellation, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of up to 25% of the total project cost.
